Step 1. Book your date - After you book your date we'll come up with a game plan and map out your custom VIP experience.

Step 2. Let's work! - I come to you--wherever you are in the world--and teach you everything you're dying to know about competitions, from hair and makeup, to posing, suit selection and more. You'll even learn some things you didn't know you didn't know!

Step 3. Follow up support - After your VIP experience we'll schedule a telephone or video call to fine tune what you learned on VIP day and answer any additional questions that may have come up.

Hi! I'm Mariah and I'm so glad you're here!

When I started competing finding information was so difficult! I hated the feeling of walking into my first show not knowing what to expect.

After years of trial and error and learning through experience, I've decided that I want to share my expertise with other competitors. I want everyone to know the joy of stepping onto the stage, feeling beautiful and confident, and ready to take on the world, from Show one!

My unique blend of experience makes me the perfect person to help you on your journey to the stage. With 10 years of experience working in Hollywood as a hairstylist and makeup artist, I've become an expert at creating the perfect stage look.

Not only have I been making suits for competitors for the past five years, but I've also been a certified personal fitness trainer and certified judge so I know exactly what they're looking for!

I've competed with the NPC, USBF, GBO, AAU, and ICN. I am well versed in the poses for most natural federations as well as the NPC/IFBB so you can rest assured that you're going to be totally prepared and wow the judges when you step on stage!
